I've spent 15 years navigating healthcare from both sides: as a Certified Patient Experience Professional working across hospitals, advocacy, digital health, and primary care, and as a patient managing multiple chronic conditions. 

 

Years of experiencing the on-the-ground realities of patients and those who care for them has given me fluency in both dialects—patient and professional—of the language of healthcare.
